Jordan Keller is a third generation entertainment industry veteran whose law practice covers a wide range of legal specialties, including copyrights, trademarks, intellectual property, IP valuations, rights of publicity, contract negotiations, licensing, estate and probate matters involving intellectual property, litigation, fiduciary interactions, domain name disputes and technology issues.

Mr. Keller represents small businesses with intellectual property needs, as well as independent publishers and recording labels, songwriters, actors, theatrical organizations, producers, managers, agents and recording artists.

Mr. Keller grew up in and around the entertainment industry and has an intimate working knowledge of the many legal pitfalls that parties face when doing business in the worlds of music, theatre, film and television. Mr. Keller’s grandfather, Herman Steiger, was a pioneer in the printed music industry and developed the first "legal" fake book, which, for the first time, provided music royalties to songwriters and publishers. His father, Jack Keller, wrote the television theme song to Bewitched, among many others. Jack was also the producer for the Monkees, and wrote many hits for artists such as Connie Francis, Frank Sinatra, B.B. King, Ray Charles, Johnny Mathis and others. Growing up as the son of a songwriter and the grandson of a music executive in the music communities of New York City, Los Angeles and Nashville, Tennessee, he has seen first hand the struggles of artists and songwriters trying to make it on their own and hoping for that big break. When he became an attorney,

Mr. Keller decided to concentrate on the entertainment industry. As a partner with Lassiter, Tidwell, Davis, Keller & Hogan, PLLC, he has committed himself to a practice that attends to the needs and desires of entertainers and, due to his family history, allows him to become accessible to his clients in ways that most attorneys in today’s climate cannot. Whether you are a new up-and-coming artist, or an established one, he would like to meet your legal needs. With the capabilities of the Internet and cell phones, no client is too far away and he represents clients all over the globe.

Some of Mr. Keller’s past and current clients include: Ryan Tedder, OneRepublic, Backstreet Boys, Brian Littrell, Brandon Heath, Victoria Shaw, Phil Stacey, Extreme Writers Group, Elevation Music Group, Tom-Leis Music, Dan Muckala, Jason Ingram, David Schwimmer, Robin Givens, Delta Burke, Hard Rock Academy, Cowboy Crush, Mark O’Connor, Billy Kirsch, Richard Addrissi, Point Classics, Pat Boone and the Tennessee Performing Arts Center.
